Mechatro System is a Cartesian coordinate robot that realizes position control of high speed and high precision by using an LM guide and ball screw. Servo motor for precise position control is used as a drive motor while the feed mechanism provides a ball screw, rack & pinion, timing belt, and linear motor. With a profile-type orthogonal robot and a precision XY table that can be configured with a multi-axis system using standardized modules, the whole system is customizable to suit the customer's needs at any time.
